About Mark Macedo

Mark Macedo has Nationally Recognized Real Estate Designations--ABR and GRI. The acronym ABR stands for Accredited Buyer Representative. It is a designation that Mark earned specifically for the purpose of providing the BEST possible service to any Real Estate Buyer on the Olympic Peninsula. The GRI designation signifies a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute.

Background: Mark was born and raised in the San Francisco East Bay area and has a Broadcasting degree. Throughout his 15 year broadcast career, Mark was a radio personality/ disc jockey, sports talk personality/ reporter and produced political talk radio.  He was also the broadcast play-by-play announcer for Golden Gate Conference Baseball. For 14 years, Mark developed and owned the Top rated mobile disc jockey company in the East Bay Area. He was privileged to entertain thousands of guests at various events. After leaving radio and live entertainment, Mark spent four years (two as co-owner) with Executive Recruiting firms.  He specialized in such disciplines as high-tech telecommunications and power distribution sales. After relocating to the Olympic Peninsula in 2000, Mark began developing raw land and a new career was born.  Mark's easy going style reflects his professional philosophy taken from a well known quote. "If you take care of people - they will take care of you".

Mark is active in our community in a variety of ways. He has been a player/coach with the Olympic Peninsula Baseball Association, youth sports coach and Cubmaster for Cub Scout Pack #4473. Mark and his wife Sue have two children--a son and daughter.
